  • Shipping Policy - SSEP Shipping Policy SSEP normally ships orders via United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Orders generally ship within a week from the order date. Occasionally an order could take up to 2 weeks. Rarely, when products are not available due to updating, printing, etc. the order could take more than 2 weeks to ship. In these instances, we notify the customer right away and the option is given to postpone the order, receive partial order [if ordering multiple items], place order for later shipment or cancel the order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order or postpone it and payment has already been processed online, a credit will be issued back to the card per customer request. Shipping charges are $12- on orders up to $99- and $18- on orders from $100- to $500-. For orders over $500- or international orders, please contact SSEP for rates. Expedited orders are available upon request in most areas, please contact SSEP for rate.

  • SSEP, A Nonprofit Corporaton charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

  • Return Policy
  • Refund Policy - A full refund is given for undamaged, unmarked items returned within 30 days after receiving an email or phone call to SSEP with reason for return. Postage will be paid by customer [order and return] unless wrong item was shipped in which case SSEP will reimburse shipping charges as well.

    Conference Refund Policy - CANCELLATIONS: Up to 7 days before the program choose: Registration fee refund minus $50 fee or full value credit letter.  Cancellation within 7 days: No monetary refund. Send a substitute or request a credit letter (minus $50 fee) which will allow you to apply fees to next year’s program.  If program cannot be held due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, strike, etc.) and seminar is able to be rescheduled, registrants may choose admission to the rescheduled program or a credit voucher good for any future  SSEP program. No cash return.
